Reservations Manager. This person would manage and perform Check-ins, Check-outs, Reservations, Guest Services, Day End Close, Lockup, Day-end-close, interface with housekeeping and maintenance, and help with Pricing and some marketing and general admin tasks. Shifts would vary depending on the needs of the hotel, but weekend and evening shifts would be required. This position would run 32 to 45 hours per week dependent on the needs of the hotel and performance of the employee. Prefer bachelors degree plus 10 years experience with some customer service related work. Must have excellent memory, fast math skills, ability to quickly handle reservation software, MS excel, and light programming. Must be able to safely lift 20lbs regularly during the day as all staff members should be able to help with customer luggage or office supplies etc when we are shorthanded. The reservations department is open in the winter even when the hotel is closed, as we book rooms and work on special projects all year round. Some paid Holidays and Vacation days.
